What it is.

An immersive two-day weekend at a private resort in Bahrain, taking you through the three pillars of the Wim Hof Method: breath, cold and mindset.

This isn't a wellness-spa retreat, and it isn't a bootcamp. It's a different way to spend a weekend, one that's deeper and more honest. You'll arrive Friday afternoon, settle in, and by Saturday morning you'll have done things you didn't think your body and mind were capable of.

Over the weekend we'll move through groundbreaking breathwork sessions, progressive cold exposure, mindset work and shared meals. You'll stay on-site overnight so the morning practice can begin at sunrise, opening up a new understanding of yourself.

Who it's for.

For you, if
  • You're new and curious about the Wim Hof Method and want to fully immerse yourself in the experience.
  • You've done a session before and you're ready for the next step.
  • You want a weekend that resets you completely, with no alcohol, no screens and no small talk.
  • You're an adventurous spirit who wants something unique and powerful that's grounded in science.
Not for you, if
  • You have epilepsy, are pregnant, or have a serious cardiovascular condition. Please check with your doctor first.
  • You're looking for a passive spa weekend. This one is active, with plenty of self-discovery.

What's included.

Overnight stay One night at Cielo Beach Resort, Nabih Saleh. Shared rooms with 2 or 3 people per room. See the update note above.
All meals Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, water, tea, and snacks. Diets considered.
All sessions Two breathwork sessions, ice baths, adaptation work, opening & closing circles, group activities and integration.
Direct instruction Two days with a certified WHM instructor in an intimate group.
Equipment Ice baths, mats, and breathwork space provided. You bring yourself.
Facilities Pool access, comfortable shared villa space.

Booking and payment are handled by the official Wim Hof Method platform, not through this page. When you click below, you'll be taken to my profile on wimhofmethod.com, where you can register and pay securely.

  • Prices are shown in euros (€) on the WHM platform, since it's a global system. Your bank will convert at the live rate when you pay.

What to bring.

Essentials
  • Swimwear (something you don't mind getting cold in) expect to get wet more than once.
  • Towels provided but bring your own if you wish
  • Loose, comfortable clothing and nightwear.
  • Flip-flops or sandals for walking around spaces comfortably.
  • Any regular personal medication etc.
  • Personal toiletries & an overnight bag
Optional but useful
  • A journal. You may want to write things down through the experience. 
  • A yoga mat if you prefer your own (we provide them)
  • Sunglasses & sunscreen for daytime breaks
  • Re-usable water bottle if you wish.
Important
  • Don't eat a heavy meal in the 1.5 hours before any breathwork session.
  • If you take medication, bring it & let me know in advance.
  • If you're pregnant, epileptic, or have a serious heart condition, please contact me before booking.
